Each of the cottages is centrally heated by electric storage heaters and electric fires, immersion heaters provide hot water. The electricity and water is all inclusive in the holiday price quoted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bedding is provided. Cot, high chair and child gate are available on request, free of charge.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please bring your own personal towels. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cottages are centrally located to St.Ives harbour and can be found by reference on the map, the nearest car park is also indicated. You will have to pay for car parking in the town during your stay. Weekly tickets are available at the car park areas. The parking charges tend to be higher in the summer. The car parks are shown on the town map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It would be appreciated  if every respect could be given to the neighbouring properties in particular regarding the noise levels from radios, cassettes, television, etc. The neighbouring properties are in the main occupied by local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not lay down strict conditions, we simply ask that you consider the cottage as you would your own home. REGRETFULLY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a non-smoking policy (cigarettes, cigars, drugs and vaping) at all of our rental properties. Anyone caught smoking will be asked to leave immediately and may also be charged an additional cleaning cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking<\/strong>
Bookings will only be taken for full weeks commencing Saturdays (exceptions considered out of season). Occupation will be available from approximately 2pm on Saturdays, vacation to be effected by 10am on Saturday of departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirmation of Booking<\/strong>
A \u00a350 deposit is required to secure your booking. When this has been paid via our online booking form, you will receive an email confirmation. 6 weeks prior to your holiday, the remaining balance will be required, payable via our website. You will receive a confirmation email after each transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keys<\/strong> 
You will be notified by email a week before your holiday where to collect the key to your cottage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/strong>
Will be accepted up to 4 weeks prior to your stay. Cancellations within 4 weeks of your stay will unfortunately result in loss of deposit (exceptional cases considered on merit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire Equipment<\/strong>
In the unfortunate event of a fire, a fire extinguisher\/blanket can be found in the kitchen. Escape is through the front entrances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emergencies<\/strong>
In an emergency i.e. burst pipe or equipment fault (cooker, fridge, television etc.) please contact our local representative Paul on 07718 143808.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insurance<\/strong>
Customers are advised  that insurance for personal accident and injuries, the loss, damage of theft or their goods and personal possessions is totally their responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
